Do we have the possibility to transfer to a PIX CNPJ key?
- It is currently possible to send Pix to multiple keys (withdrawals), whether CPF, CNPJ, email, telephone or random key. What is not possible is making QR Code payments via a corporate account or through third parties.
Can we make the transfer to a phone or email pix key and have account ownership validated to comply with KYC standards?
- Regardless of the type of Pix key, the holder's data verification process is always carried out. We have a setting that allows us to enable or disable compliance checks.
Is it possible to set a different daily limit for a single recipient?
- It is possible to create global limits for each type of transaction (cash-in or cash-out). We currently do not have a solution that makes it possible to apply restrictions on a specific recipient/player.
What is the expiration time for the QR Code generated for payment?
- Currently the expiration time is 6 hours.
Is it possible to invalidate/cancel a generated QR Code?
- We don't have this solution ready, but we can talk about it and understand how to better meet this need.
How will I know when the user is onboarding and when he is doing facial biometrics? How will I receive this via API?
- You will get the following in the return:
